Hadley Watson | Lead Organizer

Hadley is the founder of Home Girl (previously, We Mind Your Business, established in 2016). She is fascinated with the concept of home and what makes a home personal. She has a natural curiosity for learning how people live and finding creative ways for a home tell the story of those who live there.

Hadley has been a Professional Organizer through NAPO since 2016. Her previous experience is in new construction so she knows how homes work. Her favorite areas to organize are the kitchen and pantry, and the laundry room. She likes all tasks involving a to do list and a clipboard!

Amy Chadick | Organizer

Amy has been working with Home Girl since early 2022 and recently became a Professional Organizer through NAPO. She previously managed housekeeping crews and knows her way around a home. She likes to learn how people live their every day lives and to find ways to make their routines more efficient. Amy’s favorite areas to organize are closets and dressers, and creating well-functioning bathrooms.

Steph Joy | Special Projects

Steph is in charge of Home Girl’s special projects. Whether that’s selling furniture and other items for our clients, organizing photos, or picking out product, Steph gets it done. She is in her element with a project list and a deadline! While she may work mostly behind the scenes, she really lives up to her last name and brings Joy to all of our projects.
